I know that the colours are reminiscent of Didi’s former Miami home, but travelling around Costa Blanca, I feel myself catching glimpses of her pieces at every turn.
It doesn’t surprise me that her celeb fan base includes Danii Minogue and Miranda Hart, who were brought up amongst the fantastic sceneries of Australia and Cornwall respectively.
Wearing one of Didi’s sunshine yellow lemon quartz and lapis nuggets set in 22k matt gold plating is like carrying your own private dream key to nature’s wonderment. I can’t really figure out what gives me the most pleasure, the roughness of the stone, the translucent colours, the smoothness of the gold plating or the natural healing properties?…and yes I do believe in all that.
Didi’s new SS13 collection is not only made up of pendants, but rings, bracelets and drop earrings, and will be available shortly from Matches, Trilogy and Kabiri in the UK.
With pricing ranging from £50 – £250, it must be my most accessibly priced dream.

Ich weiss, die Farben erinnern an den ehmaligen Miami Wohnsitz von Didi, aber während ich in der Costa Blanca herumreise, erhasche ich um jede Ecke einen Blick auf ihre Stücke.
Es überrascht mich kein bisschen, dass Danii Minogue und Miranda Hart zu ihrer Promi-Anhängerschaft gehören – schliesslich wuchsen sie in der wunderbaren Landschaft von Australien, beziehungsweise, Cornwall auf.
Wenn man einen der Zitronenen-Gelb Quartz und Lapis Nuggets, in 22k mattierter Goldauflage, trägt, fühlt es sich an, als ob man seinen eignenen Schlüssel zur Verwunderung der Natur hat.
Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden, was mir am meisten Freude gibt: die Ungeschliffenheit des Steins, die Lichtdurchlässige Farben, die Glätte der Goldauflage, oder die natürlichen Heilkräfte?…und ja, ich glaube an all das.
Die neue SS13 Kollektion von Didi besteht nicht nur aus Anhängern, sondern auch aus Ringe, Armbände, und Ohrgehänge. Und sie werden bald bei Matches, Trilogyund Kabiri in Gross Britannien verfügbar sein.
